    Description
    Principal Structural Engineer - (Senior or Principal open)

    Supporting an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) project

    must have nuclear, DOE or highly regulated industry construction Structural Engineering experience

    Supporting an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) project

    Principal Structural Engineer Job Responsibilities:
    Plan, organize, and coordinate structural engineering and multi-disciplined team/design projects while engaged in the planning, design and construction phases of engineering projects
    Prepare and review of calculations, drawings, and specifications relating to seismic and wind analyses, foundation design, structural framing analyses and design, and bracing analyses and design
    Familiarity with computer aided drafting applications is required


    Principal Structural Engineer Requirements:
    Must be a U.S. Citizen
    Bachelor of Science in Civil/Structural Engineering with a minimum of 15 years' experience (nuclear preferred) in design, estimating, specification preparation, construction document preparation, and related phases of engineering
    Must have a working knowledge of Federal (including Department of Energy Orders), State, and Local codes and standards applicable to structural engineering design
