    Job Description Summary


    Being part of the Sales Growth office, the primary objective of the Digital Value Selling Consultant is to prepare and deliver effective digital contents and client presentations.

    Your creation will materialize how FIS product creates quantifiable business value for our customers in sales cases.

    You'll apply user persona method focusing on the user journey within FIS solutions. You are a digital storyteller who can map out complex problems and solutions in a very limbic way.


    You'll help accelerating the creation of artefacts utilized during the sales process by enabling the Sales Engineering teams with best practices & tips for recording demonstration videos.

    Practically, you'll drive and coordinate activities with sales engineers to create & record demonstration videos for all solution areas.

    You'll work closely with the sales, market specialist SME and Sales Engineers as well as the GTM team.

    Your Skills

    Proficient in PowerPoint, Video editing tools such as Camtasia and infographic tools.
    Strong storyteller
    Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills with a focus on value-based selling
    Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
    Ability to manage tight deadlines and work under pressure
    Ability to translate complex solution into effective visuals

    What you will be doing:
    Create compelling sales value propositions, and provide market intelligence to the solution management team.
    Providing the best in class software presentations and demonstrations leveraging our tell-show-tell methodology
    Deliver sales presentations and providing thought leadership at annual internal, industry and client events
    Identify and qualify clients' business and functional requirements in order to obtain initial project estimates, identify and document solution gaps after gathering clients' requirements, and communicate client requirements, trends and issues back to product management
    Managing efficient opportunity assignment and sales pipelines among your team
    Acting as key sales liaison with the product management, professional services, support and development organizations
    Joining with other pre-sales groups for comprehensive solution demonstrations that span multiple software products


    What you bring:
    Good grasp of technology and technical concepts, with an interest in new technology and how it can help improve commercial loan operations
    Analytical and consultative approach to client engagements
    Equally comfortable working independently or as part of a team
    Ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task, with attention to detail
    A willingness to travel to customer sites to build relationships\Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including expertise in Powerpoint and Excel as well as video editing tools
    Curiosity and a desire to continuously learn

    The pay range for this full-time position is $114, $189,560.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location.

    Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

    Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. This position may be eligible for bonus and/or commission.
