Internal Control Compliance Analyst for Tech Delivery - Washington

Job Summary:
This role ensures alignment of the CST Product Transformation & Management (PTM) team with internal policies and standards by providing analytical and operational support to monitor key controls,escalate issues drive continuous improvement in processes documentation delivery quality act as a liaison to key control partners including Cloud Governance Authority CGA Permit to Send/Receive PTS/R Model Risk Management MRM Secure by Design SBD ensure products maintain adherence to internal policies standards facilitate training documentation stakeholder engagement performance monitoring product project teams remain compliant informed aligned on internal policies standards build partnerships across BISO PMO control owners foster environment proactive enablement.
- Understand manage controls policies requirements
- Analyze monitor product/project data escalate control-related issues risks as appropriate
- Evaluate improve control functions process efficiency drive stronger delivery outcomes Collaborate internal control owners ensure policy/standard adherence identify gaps compliance remediation Build maintain relationships BISO PMO control owners align project product activity requirements Act liaison cloud governance authority permit send/receive model risk management secure design interpret embed requirement into products activities Facilitate onboarding training PTM members equip updated policy/procedure knowledge Provide subject-matter guidance product lifecycle change management processes compliance tools Create update maintain user guides FAQs documentational procedures consistency usability Track task submissions/status notified changes related requirement Analyze review metrics identify areas improvement consult stakeholders optimize efficiency Attend forums sessions informed updates expectations compliance agreement.
