Job Functions / Responsibilities
Develop, negotiate, and implement strategies resulting in enhanced profitability, improved supply chain performance, lowest total cost, and broader aftermarket product offerings.
Conduct meetings and formal presentations with suppliers, PACCAR Purchasing and Aftermarket stakeholders at all management levels.
Travel globally to suppliers and PACCAR locations to negotiate, evaluate capabilities, assess production readiness, and investigate new opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 2 years of purchasing, supply-chain, and/or PACCAR experience
Experience in an aftermarket parts environment a plus
Negotiation and strong analytical skills
Excellent organizational skills, attention to details and multitasking ability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative, self-motivated quality and results-driven work ethic
Project management experience is preferred
Undergraduate bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Finance, or related field required. Graduate level degree (e.g. MBA) a plus.

Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
