- Be responsible for the overall success of the project.
- Manage budgets and schedules to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure that designs are accurate, constructable, and meet project requirements.
- Prepare and review project documents, including contracts, specifications, and plans.
- Develop and implement project management plans, including risk management plans, quality assurance plans, and communication plans.
- Monitor the progress of the project and make updates to the project schedule and budget as needed.
- Coordinate with the construction team to ensure that work is being completed to the required standards and specifications.
- Ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Maintain regular communication with the client to ensure that their expectations are being met or exceeded.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in project management of commercial construction and CM-at-Risk.
- Knowledge of construction management best practices, techniques, and software.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively.
- Proven ability to manage risk and resolve conflicts.
- Experience using project management software such as Procore, PlanGrid, and MS Project.
