    We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Manager with experience in Commercial Construction and CM-at-Risk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and according to the specifications of the client. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, including planning, design, construction, and closeout.

    Description

    • Be responsible for the overall success of the project.
    • Manage budgets and schedules to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
    • Work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure that designs are accurate, constructable, and meet project requirements.
    • Prepare and review project documents, including contracts, specifications, and plans.
    • Develop and implement project management plans, including risk management plans, quality assurance plans, and communication plans.
    • Monitor the progress of the project and make updates to the project schedule and budget as needed.
    • Coordinate with the construction team to ensure that work is being completed to the required standards and specifications.
    • Ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
    • Maintain regular communication with the client to ensure that their expectations are being met or exceeded.

    Profile

    • Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
    • 10+ years of experience in project management of commercial construction and CM-at-Risk.
    • Knowledge of construction management best practices, techniques, and software.
    • Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively.
    • Proven ability to manage risk and resolve conflicts.
    • Experience using project management software such as Procore, PlanGrid, and MS Project.
