PDS Defense, Inc. is seeking a MP&P Technical Analyst 5, in Tukwila, WA.

Job Description:

• Directs and initiates complex analysis and evaluation of parts, materials, processes, technology or equipment through research and testing to ensure safety, reliability and adherence to requirements and specifications.

-Leads and directs analysis of failed parts and processes to reduce or eliminate future failures. -Leads and directs efforts to generate test plans, identify and categorize failure, determine root cause and document results and recommendations. -Leads the proposal, development and validation of revisions to procedures and specifications. -Directs the design, development, fabrication, testing, evaluation and implementation of new concepts and technology to resolve complex problems and support continuous improvement. -Consults with others to resolve complex or high-impact issues with suppliers and customers. -Provides direction, consultation and technical expertise to internal and external customers. -Coaches and mentors others.


Required Skills

• Current ASNT Certification Level 3 in one or more of the following methods is required: Radiography, Ultrasound, or Eddy Current
• Current Boeing Certification Level 3 in one or more of the following methods is preferred: Radiography, Ultrasound, or Eddy Current
• NDT certification level 3
• Aircraft Structure
• Computer Aided Design Tools
• Design Concepts & Techniques
• Non-Destructive Eval Processes
• Quality Tech Documentation
• Process Management Skills

Education / Experience: -Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor 7 years' related work experience, 11 years' related work experience, etc.).
