    SecuriGence is seeking an experienced Network Operations Manager to help contribute to our success. Come help us solve problems with Innovation Through Intelligence.
    ResponsibilitiesPrioritize client satisfaction as a primary responsibility.
    Liaise with DARPA government leadership, providing regular updates, escalating issues, and offering feedback on daily operations.

    Monitor and report Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to the IT Operations manager, suggesting improvements to metrics.

    Manage hardware/software asset inventory, including network components, life cycle management, and documentation.
    Communicate team challenges to management and engineering.
    Plan network capacity to align with strategic goals.

    Provide career guidance and mentoring to staff, identifying progression paths, suggesting training and certification objectives, and conducting regular 1-on-1 meetings for performance feedback.

    Coordinate team tasks and plans for a staff of 21, utilizing Agile Scrum methodologies for continuous improvement and value delivery.

    Develop and oversee the infrastructure budget, ensuring thorough planning and cost control.
    Offer insights to enhance processes and minimize ticket occurrences and outages.
    Ensure infrastructure solutions adhere to agency policies, standards, and DoD regulations.
    Analyze, refine, and enforce workflows and processes for maximum efficiency.


    Skills and Experience:
    Enthusiasm for infrastructure modernization, automation, and proactive monitoring.
    Proficiency in Agile Scrum/scaled agile methodologies.
    Ability to dissect complex issues, fostering cross-team alignment for effective solution generation.
    Strong leadership and management skills, including strategic vision development, staff mentoring, and continuous feedback provision.
    Effective written and verbal communication skills for executive-level reporting.
    Proficient stakeholder management with expert presentation abilities.
    Experience managing a budget of $5m or more with robust controls and reporting.
    Proven track record of IT leadership with successful SLA and KPI achievement.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree with over 5 years of leadership experience.10+ years of networking experience.10+ years of people management experience.
    IAT III Certification (CASP+CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP, CCSP, GCED, GCIH).Demonstrated stakeholder management skills.
    Familiarity with CISCO DNAC, ISE, SD-WAN, and automation preferred.
    Additional IT certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, PMP, etc.) advantageous.
    Strong leadership qualities, emotional intelligence, and customer-centric focus.
