    Description

    In this role, you'll oversee the daily Print-Mail operations in the Atlanta production facility, ensuring quality service and the professional development of all associates.

    All work adheres to and is managed in accordance with established quality and productivity guidelines and standards. We are a secure print/mail facility with HITRUST, PCI-DSS, and SOC 1 & 2 audit certifications and compliance.

    Duties specific to the Information Systems Department:
    Over sees 75 production team members, managers, supervisors for 3 shifts
    Oversees productivity of Canon Inkjet, Xerox Inkjet, Canon MICR, Fluence, BlueCrest/Pitney Bowes, and Bell and Howell equipment
    Oversees on-site vendor service staff, reviews KPIs, maintenance agreements, and scheduled maintenance
    Keep updated on technology in postal barcode functionality and mail tracking and reporting to ensure ongoing operational efficiency
    Manages mail workflow to meet deadlines of 2 daily USPS postal pickups
    Oversees our USPS Seamless Acceptance and Platinum Certifications
    Oversees TQM program to include, monthly quality metrics, policy, and procedure updates
    Coordinates and monitors daily production workflow to ensure all functions are performed on an efficient, timely basis and meet quality, productivity, SLA, and audit standards; reviews and prepares quality and productivity reports for management
    Plans, allocates, and monitors work and makes decisions regarding employment, performance reviews, training and development, salary recommendations, and related employee actions
    Reviews department KPI's and metrics and reports to CEO with updates
    Interfaces with internal and external client(s) to respond to questions regarding shareholder account issues, post office boxes, research, and scanning
    Communicates with enterprise Print-Mail/Distribution departments to address shareholder and client inquiries
    Reviews operating procedures and policies, identifies issues and makes improvement recommendations to senior management
    Oversees the training and development of department personnel
    Regularly monitors associates, progress and provides sorting, productivity, and quality feedback to direct reports
    Manages and participates in a variety of special projects, new product testing, equipment purchases, and implementation
    Partners with USPS and attends the local Postal Customer Council
    Coordinates with operations in both West and Northeast for overflow, BC/DR, and other needs

    Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and minimum of three years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

    Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of employees, clients, managers, and the general public.

    Mathematical Skills:
    Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of algebra and geometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.


    Reasoning Ability:
    Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

    Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
