    Job DescriptionDrive Sales direct and with others to achieve Annual Operating Plan (AOP) goals and targets for Sensia.

    Deliver bookings growth for high-value flow measurement products and systems, process automation, digital and LCS solutions and services on major infrastructure projects within the assigned territory in the USA.

    A Key Measure will be bookings growth.

    Identify major project opportunities within the assigned region where there are opportunities for Sensia high-value products, solutions and services,Collaborate with Sensia Account Sales Manager to grow business and market position.

    Qualify those projects with potential opportunities at an early enough stage (typically FEED or earlier) to ensure engagement at an early enough time to be specified.

    Help develop and drive the NAM sales strategy through market quantification and development of business plans.
    Lead the engagement process for the project by building relationships with key influencers in the region for these projects.
    Build relationships directly or via representatives to ensure Sensia equipment is preferred for projects of interest.
    Undertake technical presentations of the product line to various levels in the client's organization.

    Present white papers at measurement and technical schoolsManage the liaison with other Regional Sales Managers to ensure a cohesive strategy.

    Maintain project and opportunity tracking for the region (Microsoft Dynamics CRM).Network with the Sensia staff in other divisions/groups to ensure the above is carried out effectively to maximize the opportunity.

    Ensure that projects are handed over to the organization in a clean state reflecting contractual obligations.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Industrial Distribution, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Petroleum Engineer.

    Measurement, Automation, Digital Solutions, Lift Control sales and technical experience preferred.5+ years of experience in Oil and Gas Experience in technical sales.

    Experience of selling concepts at a senior management level within organizations.

    Technical knowledge of oil and gas processing equipment and servicesExperience in the NAM Oil & Gas Market and well-connected within the Oil and Gas sector.
