    About the Role

    We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Assistant Service Manager. In this role, you will assist the Service Manager in managing the Front of House daily operations and lead by example to develop employees and assistants.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee service in the Front of House and ensure 100% table visitation of customers.
    • In conjunction with all management, enforce compliance with employment policies in area of responsibility.
    • Approve and oversee all Front of House side work and provide thorough training.
    • Work during peak business times to set the pace in the Front of House and manage through hands-on supervision.
    • Manage scheduling of designated departments and develop promotions to drive sales.
    • Ensure compliance with Responsible Alcohol Service training requirements and understand safe food handling procedures.
    • Maintain cleanliness and safety of the restaurant and control guest flow.
    • Assist with liquor inventory and ordering, and support Local Store Marketer in building sales.
