    Due to growth and expansion, we are currently searching to add a professional and detail-oriented individual for the position of Integrated Health Office Manager. This visible position is responsible for coordinating services as well as assisting with department needs as it pertains to efficiency and overall function of the department in providing excellent services to our clients. This provider will engage as a member of a collaborative team. With a trauma informed approach, this position will be a representative for the organization and how we offer integrated services for recovery and mental health.

    More specifically, this person is responsible for:

    • Provide oversight of the day-to-day functioning of the department, assisting in problem-solving daily concerns that may arise.
    • Provide administrative supervision and support of staff, along with the Director of Pharmacological Management.
    • Provide accurate, concise, and concurrent documentation according to program procedures and policies
    • Provide trauma informed services to clients and their family system in office and virtually. Deliver positive results as evidenced by utilization of outcome measures.

    Position Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent. Associate degree or graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant Program (preferred)
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in mental health services or medical office setting.
    • Previous office management/ supervisory experience (strongly preferred)
    • QBHS within 30 days of hire
