    CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

    This highly lucrative position offers:

    Ø SALARY: $65,000-$68,000 PLUS 8% Bonus

    CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST​​​​​​​ RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Process and manage customer orders for assigned accounts.
    • Coordinate and track shipments.
    • Prepare and create export documents.
    • Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, product availability, product specifications, and shipping documents.
    • Coordinate and verify timely delivery of orders.

    CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST​​​​​​​ REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Agriculture, Management, Marketing, Economics, Communications, or related four-year degree required
    • 3-7 years customer service experience required
    • Strong communication, organizational and decision-making skills
    • Bilingual Spanish is a plus
