    We are seeking a Technical Recruiter who will manage and support full life cycle recruitment for both manufacturing and engineering roles in our Louisville, Colorado facility.

    Responsibilities:

    Source, identify and recruit qualified candidates through various networking channels and through-out social media

    Build a pipeline of candidates for very specific skill sets that are needed for critical roles

    Manage candidates who apply on the applicant tracking system

    Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.

    Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers to facilitate the selection process.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, department heads, and other stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and preferences.

    Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including job description development, interview techniques and candidate evaluation

    Enhance the organizations brand by promoting its values, cultures, and career opportunities through various channels.

    Represent at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to expand talent pool.

    Requirements:

    3+ years of full life-cycle experience in the aviation and aerospace industry.

    Preferred experience in a start-up organization

    Preferred experience with recruiting for exempt and non-exempt manufacturing roles

    Proven ability to utilize innovative sourcing methods to attract and engage with a diverse pool of niche talent

    Ability to work independently

    Must be able to work on-site 5 days a week
