Currently seeking a Temporary Lab Associate in the Nashville/Antioch area to join our team for a short-term assignment. The primary responsibilities of this role will involve handling various tasks related to unloading, unpacking, repacking, and palletizing boxes. Requirements:
• Attention to detail and accuracy is crucial.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
• Capability to lift and move objects weighing between 35-40 lbs
• Must be a US Citizen Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus
• Experience in packaging delicate equipment securely within boxes.
• Great work ethic and reliability Job will pay 17.50/hr and is a temporary to permanent position based on performance. Monday - Friday schedule. Responsibilities

• Unloading boxes from pallets upon delivery

• Opening boxes and inspecting contents

• Placing fixtures in the inline according to specified guidelines

• Removing fixtures from the inline as needed

• Repacking boards, boxes, and pallets according to instructions

• Ensuring accuracy and quality control throughout the process

• Adhering to safety protocols and warehouse procedures at all times

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

standing for 6 hours at one time
