    CHRISTUS Health is hiring PRN CRNAs located atCHRISTUS Good Shepherd Medical Center in Longview, Texas. CHRISTUSGood Shepherd is expanding its ministry with the opening of anadditional Surgery Center along with an Orthopedic & SportsMedicine Institute creating openings for multiple CRNAs. This is ahospital-employed W-2 opportunity.     Competitive Compensation Package:

    · PRN Rate of $150/HR.

    ·Shift Differentials: $12/hour for Evening (3-7pm) | $14/hour forNights (7pm-7am) | $16/hour for Weekends

    • o Evening or Night differentials can be stackedwith Weekend differentials and are added to Base or Premium Pay asapplicable.

    · Holidays at 1.5x payrate

    Work Life BalanceBenefits:

    · CRNAs have highlevel of autonomy

    · CRNAs experience a broadcase mix including everything except hearts

    ·Excellent MDA/CRNA rapport (MDA's support and encourageautonomy)

    · Shifts include8's, 12's, 16's, which are shared

    · East Texasoffers numerous lakes, excellent hunting & fishing, no traffic,outstanding public and private school systems, plenty of good foodand easy access to Dallas & Shreveport Night Life and Shopping
