- This position is for a Project Engineering manager on the F22 Engineering Operations team
- Directs, coordinates, and exercises functional authority for planning, organizing, control, integration and completion of F22 engineering projects
- Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions
- Plans and formulates engineering program and organizes project staff according to requirements
- Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems
- Coordinates the planning, organizing, control, integration, and completion of engineering projects with internal and external partners and customers
- Responsible for data analytic efforts and generating program metrics

- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
- Project Engineering or Program Management experience
- CAM and/or EVMS experience
- Final Secret security clearance
- Experience with F-22 Engineering and Sustainment
- Good understanding of LM material acquisition process
- Strong knowledge of F-22 Command Media / Systems Engineering Processes
- CAM training and experience with IFG CAM tools & processes
- Experience effectively communicating status, accomplishments and challenges
- Good understanding of LM contract proposal process
- Demonstrated accountability and proactivity
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Works effectively with minimal guidance
- Well developed soft skills interacting with internal team and customers
- Passion for the F-22 and the warfighter
