    Job Description

    We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced NICU Respiratory Therapist to work alongside our healthcare professionals in providing top-notch patient care. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of respiratory therapy principles and be able to apply them in a fast-paced clinical environment.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring patient physiological responses to therapy, consulting with physicians on adverse reactions, and assisting with medical procedures as part of a multidisciplinary team. Additionally, they will set up and operate various devices, including therapeutic gas administration apparatus, mechanical ventilators, environmental control systems, and aerosol generators, all while following specified treatment parameters.

    Our NICU Respiratory Therapist will also provide emergency care, including external cardiac massage, artificial respiration, or assistance with cardiopulmonary resuscitation, as needed.     Required Skills and Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or a related field
    • CRT (Certified Respiratory Therapist) or RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) certification
    • At least 2 years of experience in NICU settings
