    We are a leading provider of educational services dedicated to fostering the development and well-being of students. We are currently seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team for a full-time contract position in Union, SC.

    Job Description:
    As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive speech and language services to students within a school-based setting. You will work closely with students, educators, and families to assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans to address communication disorders and improve students' overall academic and social success.

    Requirements:

    • Valid state licensure and certification as a Speech Language Pathologist
    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
    • Experience working with special education students and their families preferred
    • Knowledge of local and state regulations pertaining to speech-language pathology services

    Job Duties:

    • Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs
    • Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social development
    • Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
    • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide input on students' goals and accommodations
    • Provide consultation and training to teachers and staff on strategies to support students with communication disorders
