- Assist with recruitment and hiring practices
- Assist with payroll and timecards
- Ensure that hiring and onboarding practices are compliant
- Assist in the development and implementation of human resources policies
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Complete I9 forms for all incoming hires
- Knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel
- 2 years of prior experience in Human Resources
- Bachelor's degree or associate's preferred
- Good organization skills and ability to work well in time-sensitive situations
