    Responsibilities

    About the Job:

    The role is responsible for:
    • Processing financial and non-financial transactions which include large premium payments, fund transfer/reallocation, loans, withdrawals, surrenders, owner and beneficiary changes, name, address and broker changes
    • Generate transaction confirmation statements and conduct mailing and delivery of statements via preferred methods
    • Quality-check all transactions within the same business day they are processed Generate Annual Statements, conduct a quality review, and provide to Account Representatives within time standards

    • A completed (or near completion) bachelor's degree in business, finance, or other related fields highly preferred
    • 1-2 years' work experience in an office
