The Consort Homes story is rich in St. Louis homebuilding history beginning more than 85 years ago. Consort builds approximately 100 homes per year in communities in St. Louis, St. Charles and Jefferson Counties.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Home Sales Consultant to join our team. As a New Home Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting potential buyers throughout the home buying process. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth and successful home buying experience for our clients.
The Sales Consultant is responsible for achieving all community sales goals. This includes but is not limited to the following: generating traffic numbers, agreement of sales, customer satisfaction and serving as the main point of contact to deliver a luxury customer experience from a customer's first visit through move-in. This is a Commission Based Sales Position.
Duties:
Conduct market research to identify potential buyers and target markets
Meet with prospective buyers to understand their needs and preferences
Showcase model homes and provide guided tours to potential buyers
Explain the features, benefits, and options of different home models
Assist buyers in selecting the right floor plan, finishes, and upgrades
Prepare and present purchase agreements to interested buyers
Coordinate with construction teams to ensure timely completion of homes
Facilitate communication between buyers, lenders, and other parties involved in the home buying process
Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred
Strong knowledge of fair housing regulations and real estate law
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Exceptional sales and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Multilingual abilities are highly desired
Customer service-oriented mindset
