A contract Project Engineer job in Anderson, IN is available through Belcan with one of our key renewable energy clients. The ideal candidate for a Project Engineer will have a proven track record in the areas of design, implementation, monitoring, and communication of operational plans for completing a project, use of precision test equipment, as well as assembling, calibrating, and troubleshooting electrical control systems.
Academic background: BA/BS degree required; electrical engineering or similar degree preferred
Experience / requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years experience in the renewable energy, battery energy storage, or microgrid industries preferred, Strong working knowledge of control systems on 3 phase electrical controls, instrumentation, data communications, and electrical wiring practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Experience in risk management, data management and reporting, Microsoft Office suite, Project Management, processes knowledge, and business acumen. Travel required up to 40%.
