RightWorks is hiring a Roadway / Highway Project Manager for one of the nation's top 50 leading construction & design firms.

This position will be responsible for supporting and leading a team of experienced engineers on a variety of conventional projects that combine innovative roadway design with a strong knowledge of technical standards to exceed client expectations and provide cost-effective solutions.

Position will act independently regarding technical matters pertaining to roadway design, instruct and train entry level engineers in roadway design, and function as Project Manager on roadway projects.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
Professional Engineer (PE) License
Minimum six years' experience performing and managing roadway design and related projects
MicroStation, GeoPak, and Corridor Modeling experience
Experience with Project Management duties


Preferred Qualifications:
North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) experience
Open Roads experience
