Description

The Dietary Aide assists the professional staff in preparing and transporting meal trays to patients' units and rooms.
The Dietary Aide is responsible for meeting and maintaining established food service and medical protocols.


Responsibilities:
Accountable and responsible for preparing and transporting patients' trays, and cleans and sanitizes appropriate dishes and utensils.
Accurately reports information to members of the department team and other members of Washington Health System.

Completes and demonstrates competency in all technical skills and patient care procedures as delegated according to established Washington Health System Core Dietary Aide Skills & Responsibilities.

Union/Start Rate= $16.

01/hr PLUS INCREASE AFTER 90 DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT, AND SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS FOR AFTER 10:30AM AND WEEKEND SHIFT DIFFERENTIALSShift:
Rotating daylight and afternoon shifts between 5:30AM-7PM, including 5:30AM-2PM, 6AM-2:30PM, 10:30AM- 7PM, and 3:30PM-7PM. Must be available to work between 5AM-7PM. Rotating holidays and weekends required.
