    The Programe manager PMO will be responsible for the execution of workstreams on an engagement for a small or medium client engagement.

    This individual should have demonstrated experience in managing engagements of various size PMOs and types.

    This will include overseeing the work planning and project execution, resource management and allocation and issue/risk management of the engagement.


    Responsibility:
    Owns the vision and mission for the program and/or projects
    Identify, establish relationships and manage the relationship with Key stakeholders
    Is a Key member of the Governance team and presents the programe status, key issues, risks and mitigations
    Is responsible for implementing any changes in direction, strategic or programe that have been agreed with the client through the normal change process
    Partner and collaborate with PMO/BAO Service Line Manager and other PPM leadership, as necessary to implement a P/P/P Management Office aligned with the engagement
    Build relationships with clients and peers to successfully implement projects/Project workstreams
    Effectively communicate with all levels of the enterprise.
    Identify risks to implementations and devise associated mitigation strategies.
    Owns the resolution of escalations from others that have been raised up to this level
    Utilize expertise in planning, budgeting, and project management directed at achievement of short and long-term business goals.
    Utilize technical knowledge of Project Management Methodology, Product Development Life Cycle and Design Controls.
    Drive Service Level management, pre-empt and mitigate delivery risks. Create and review risk and mitigation strategy regularly.
    Communicate proactively with leadership to flag risks and request help from key stakeholders.
    Work with the client and the resource manager to plan resources required and create a rolling quarterly resource plan
    Manage personnel, provide work plans, track status of tasks, determine technical training needs, and leverage skills across project teams.
    Develop training materials and implement training workshops for the PMO team
    Effectively manage priorities in an ever-changing environment.
    Present to a diverse range of individuals and frame complex technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner.
    Work with the project Audit teams and review all programmer/project documentation regularly
    Work with the team to ensure Continuous improvements are being identified and managed. Work with other departments to implement automation and AI where required.
