Responsibilities: Service Lane Manager

Train, motivate, and manage service department staff
Provide technical support and quality control
Maintain equipment and report maintenance needs
Improve customer satisfaction scores and address complaints
Teach manufacturers' requirements and monitor progress
Ensure safety policies are followed and conduct weekly meetings

Qualifications/Requirements: Service Lane Manager

Advisor or manager experience required
At least 3 years of experience preferred
Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills
A positive attitude, good work ethic, and strong problem-solving skills
Ability to operate the department at a profit
Valid driver's license and good driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
Pre-employment testing required, including background checks and drug screens

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
