Law firm in Downtown LA seeking an experienced Case Manager to join their Pre-Litigation Department for their Personal Injury ractice.

This person will have the ability to handle a pre-litigation file from A-Z with little to no supervision and manage a case file autonomously.

Present stellar customer service skills and going "above and beyond" attitude for clients. Manage 120+ pre-lit personal injury cases at a time, working in a team environment.

This person muct understand personal injury and pre-litigation claims processes and medical terminology, and speak Spanish fluently.

Your duties will include initial and ongoing client contact, requesting medical records, scheduling medical appointments, managing client's medical care, opening/closing client files, calendaring events, resolving PD and loss of use, reporting claims to Medi-Cal and Medi-Care for lien resolution, preparing files to submit to demand writers, and overall quality client care.

The firm offers one day a week of remote work after training.
