Job Summary
The Card Services Manager oversees the daily operations of the Credit Union's Card Services team ensuring efficient and accurate card issuance maintenance processing settlement and member support.Maintain an understanding of the interdependency of our core operating systems ancillary products and vendor systems to ensure efficient effective integration of those systems.
Responsibilities
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the Card Services Team.
- Ensure quality by monitoring exception reports developing processes to review new accounts adjustments maintenance performed serve as escalation point for complex member issues inquiries ensuring proper resolution documentation communication collaborate with vendors processors resolve issues implement enhancements analyze operational metrics identify opportunities improvement prepare review reports track KPIs service levels assist Accounting Team research reconciliation cardrelated GL accounts participate audits risk assessments related card services ensure compliance applicable regulations internal policies maintain understand interdependency core operating systems ancillary products vendor systems ensure efficient effective integration those systems perform testing validation change develop working relationships departments timely updates communication staff across credit union drive innovation card services informed industry trends emerging technologies recommend implement enhancements improve member experience operational performance coordinate projects guide implementation develop testing plans system enhancements ensuring documentation procedures updated timely coordinateassist testing validation system updates implementations perform other duties needed support organization
