- Continuously review quality control processes, procedures and capabilities in order to sustain the most cost effective and efficient methods for meeting quality requirements;
- Make recommendations for improvement as appropriate;
- Review client QC requirements and ensure that quality control documentation for the project meets contractual requirements;
- Review and approve Contractor and sub-contractor quality control documentation to ensure their planned activities meet contractual requirements;
- Understand client needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes;
- Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis;
- Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives;
- Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures requirements
- Proven experience as Construction Quality Control Manager
- Must be able to pass a Federal background check and all pre-employment requirements
- Conscientious and responsible
- A keen eye for detail and a result driven approach
- Outstanding communication skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards
- A graduate engineer, graduate architect, or a graduate of construction management, with a minimum of five years construction quality control or a minimum of ten years construction experience, of which a minimum of five years' experience must be in construction quality control on construction
- 1 year experience with RMS
