The mission of Hope the Mission (HTM) is to prevent reduce and eliminate poverty hunger and homelessness by offering immediate assistance and long-term solutions.This position is for the upcoming DMH Van Nuys site.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach engagement 1:1 support to participants.
- Coordinate implement strategic outreach community engagement activities to increase participation awareness of supportive services.
