- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of residence
- Must be currently administering Prolastin IV infusions
- Ability to flex your schedule to meet the needs of the Prolastin patients.
- Strong IV insertion skills

Prolastin Home Infusion Nurse:
To be eligible for this position, you must currently be administering Prolastin IV infusions AND reside in the state of New York.

Accredo, Evernorth Health Services' specialty pharmacy, serves patients with complex and chronic health conditions, including cancer, hepatitis C, HIV, bleeding disorders, and multiple sclerosis.
