A Commercial Development company is looking for a Commercial Development Project Manager in the Buffalo, NY area. As a project manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the construction projects.You will supervise the work of subcontractors, review contract documents, budgets, schedules and invoices, and communicate with clients and stakeholders.
You will also provide design guidance and feedback to the architects and engineers, and ensure compliance with building codes and standards.
You will have a strong understanding of the project scope and pro forma budget, and alert management of any changes or issues that may arise.

Retail building experience highly preferred
Driver's License
5+ years' experience with project management on Commercial development Projects
New ground-up construction experience.
Experience managing multiple projects at the same time
Experience building relationships with external stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
