Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team.

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients.

This position offers opportunities to work in various healthcare settings, including pediatrics, ambulatory surgery centers, and behavioral health facilities.


Duties:

• Perform diagnostic evaluations and assessments to develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
• Provide education and support to patients and their families
• Utilize aseptic technique when performing procedures such as catheterization
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
• Respond to emergencies and provide basic life support when needed
• Document patient information accurately and timely using electronic health record systems (e.g., eClinicalWorks)
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff
• Assist with acute pain management strategies for patients

Skills:

• Strong knowledge and experience in pediatrics, ambulatory surgery centers, diagnostic evaluation, aseptic technique, catheterization, basic life support, eClinicalWorks, behavioral health, dialysis, and acute pain management
• Excellent clinical judgment and critical thinking abilities
• Effective communication skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Ability to work well under pressure in fastpaced environments
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
