We are seeking a Medical Assistant / Clinical Coordinator to become a part of our team You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly as well assisting the doctor in office-based procedures. phlebotomy, female and bilingual required.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
• Assisting with medical procedures
• Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
• Communicate with insurance companies for proper billing procedures
• Communicate with hospitals and medical staff offices
• Escort patients to exam rooms
• Answer phones and coordinate patient surgeries

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in healthcare administration, medical assisting or other related fields
• Phlebotomy skills
• Familiarity with medical billing procedures
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while multitasking
• Needs to be Bilingual (English & Spanish)
• Will need to provide references who can attest to previous medical assistant experience
