Registered Nurse - MS/Tele

Location:- Winston-Salem, NC, 27103

Duration:- 13 Weeks

Shift:- Day 12-Hours Night

Pay rate:- $50- $60/hr W2.

Responsibilities of Registered Nurse - MS/Tele

Provide direct patient care, including assessment, monitoring, and intervention, to patients admitted to the Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit.
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Monitor and interpret telemetry data to assess patient cardiac rhythms and intervene appropriately in case of abnormalities.
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
Educate patients and their families about their medical conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate interventions, including emergency procedures as needed.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to evidence-based practice standards to ensure the delivery of safe and effective patient care.
Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and effective communication skills in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.
Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to promote patient safety and compliance.

Requirements for Registered Nurse - MS/Tele:-

Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in [State]
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Minimum of [X] years of experience in Medical-Surgical and/or Telemetry nursing
BLS and ACLS certification required
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
