    Medical Oncologist / Hematologist opening Äì Coos Bay, OR

    Position Details Äì Seeking two full-time or part-time Medical Oncologists and/or Hematologists Äì BE (within 2 years) or BC in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology Äì Approximately 20% Hematology / 80% Oncology Äì Outpatient-only role at a free-standing cancer center; no inpatient consults Äì Average 10 Äì15 patients per day Äì New 19-chair infusion room with onsite mixing pharmacy Äì Nurse navigation and Radiation Oncology onsite Äì 8-hour clinic days Äì 1:4 call schedule (primarily critical lab calls) Äì Collaborative environment with high-performing infusion team Äì Facility offers a full range of medical services including cardiology, radiology, oncology, emergency care, surgical specialties, critical care, psychiatry, wound care, primary care, pediatrics, OB, and home health Äì Access to leading-edge clinical trials Äì Affiliated with Oregon Health Sciences University (OHSU Knight Cancer Network) Äì Accepting Locum-to-Perm candidates Äì Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates Äì NPDB self-query report required Äì Clean malpractice history/background required Äì Open to new fellowship graduates

    Compensation Details Äì Total compensation $680,000+ (based on experience/training; full-time 40-hour equivalent) Äì Potential sign-on bonus (discussed at interview) Äì Relocation assistance available and flexible based on proximity Äì Strong relocation support ("white glove" service) Äì Comprehensive benefits package with 6% match Äì Generous PTO Äì CME allowance Äì Licensing and professional fee allowance Äì Paid interview expenses Äì Onsite employee health and wellness clinic Äì Onsite childcare and learning center Äì Strong organizational focus on work/life balance

    Requirements Äì BE (within 2 years) or BC in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology Äì Oregon license or willingness to obtain Äì REQUIRED Äì BLS or willing to obtain Äì REQUIRED Äì Oregon ties, if any (family, previous residence) Äì Clean malpractice history/background Äì REQUIRED Äì NPDB self-query report Äì REQUIRED Äì DEA (or willing to obtain before start date) Äì REQUIRED

    Call Schedule Äì 1:4 call rotation Äì 7 total days per block including one weekend Äì Primarily critical lab calls
