Commercial Property Accountant PositionAbout The Real Estate Company
CFS of New York is working with a full service real estate investment company as they are looking for a Commercial Property Accountant to join their team
Our client specializes in the development of commercial buildings, mixed use, and healthcare facilities.
This role reports to the Controller and will be asked to go into the office daily in their Bronx, NY location

Responsibilities Of The Commercial Property Accountant
Preparing monthly reports on the Commercial property business including all active properties that the firm works with
Reviewing the budgets for the construction including working on conducting monthly requisitions for contractors
Comply with the development of accounting policies and procedures
Comply with internal controls policies and procedures
Qualifications Of The Commercial Property Accountant
3-5 years experience of relevant accounting experience in Real Estate
Bachelors degree in Accounting, CPA or MBA is a plus
Experience working with an ERP system such as Yardi, MRI or Deltek is a plus; strong Excel skills
