    REALPAGE IT SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

    Reports to:
    IT Director FLSA Status: Full-Time, Exempt

    POSITION OVERVIEW

    The RealPage IT System Administrator will provide overall administration, troubleshooting, and technical support for the Company's multiple property management software applications at the corporate and property levels.

    They will develop strategies to address complex technical and business challenges, contributing significantly to systems analysis, development, training, and implementation.

    As a pivotal member of the Operations group, the RealPage IT System Administrator will support evolving business needs and associated enhancements from inception to completion.


    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Serves as the department's subject matter expert, providing assistance to staff with software-related issues for RealPage's suite of products, such as, but not limited to, OneSite, Utility Management, Financial & Accounting, Facilities, and Knock.

    A thorough understanding of the RealPage suite of products, including their settings and a wide array of configurations tailored to suit our company's needs.

    Ensure all items are "ticketed" in the Helpdesk system, allocate all incoming requests to the team, prioritize actions, monitor team resources, and can identify and permanently resolve recurring issues.

    Identify and resolve software errors by conducting diagnostics, documenting issues and solutions, and evaluating their impact. Coordinate with company liaisons or RealPage Support to effectively address and rectify software issues.
    Designs and tailors technology training sessions and instructional materials (virtual and instructor-led).
    Provides documentation and technical specifications to support the planning and implementing new software products, features, and upgrades.
    Works closely with stakeholders across the company to continuously improve the system functionality, content, and related processes.
    Tracks and measures employee progress and effectiveness of training programs.
    Recommends consistency in operational business practices related to software systems in partnership with the internal IT Department.
    KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITIES

    Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or System Administration and a minimum five (5) years of experience as a superuser of RealPage Unified Platform or a combination of education and experience.

    Remote work may be available.
    Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, specializing in technical writing, documentation, and follow-up.
    Flexible and capable of successfully managing change.

    Stand, walk, sit, use hands and fingers to handle, feel or grip, and reach with hands and arms while performing standard office duties.

    Frequently use common office equipment, telephone, computer, keyboard, mouse, copier/scanner, and variety of different technology applications on a desktop or laptop.

    Must have a valid Driver's License and ability to travel.
    POSITION SPECIFICS & BENEFITS
    Full-time position. br>96 hours PTO accrued each year for first two years of service
    136 hours of PTO each year after two years and above
    176 hours of PTO accrued each year after 7 years of service
