- As a Technology Engineer, you will manage resources based on the production/shipment plan, ensure workplace safety, optimize production processes/equipment, and enhance production outcomes such as Yield and OEE.
- Adherence to health, safety, environmental, and fire regulations
- Monitor production progress following the plan
- Report issues with production progress to the Technology Management Department
- Handle and enhance Non-conformance Reports (NCR)
- Manage Yield to improve productivity and reduce production loss
- Oversee Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) for efficient material replacement and production processes
- Conduct internal and customer audits
- Prepare company documents related to processes and procedures such as SOP, PFD, and CP
- Enhance Production Engineer's Competency
- Maintain workplace cleanliness according to 5S3R Standards
- Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain
- Ensure Right Location, Right Quantity, Right Container
- Perform any other assigned duties
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA or MS preferred, or equivalent experience
- 2-3+ years of experience in continuous improvement or manufacturing, particularly in highly automated and/or automotive engineering settings
- Experience with robotic manufacturing equipment
- Knowledge of large production lines, PFMEAs, and process controls
- Proficiency in Time Studies, Line Balancing, Lean Manufacturing, and Bottleneck Analysis
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Goal-driven and persistent
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Effective project and process management skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Technically proficient with a drive for continuous improvement
- Knowledge of battery production processes
- Proficiency in equipment operation and technical aspects related to electricity and machinery
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
