Job description
We are seeking an experienced Partner to join our Advisory practice. This role provides leadership in client service, business development, and firm collaboration while contributing to the continued growth and delivery of advisory services across the organization.
The position is intended to support firm operations and may be aligned to various advisory capabilities, client needs, and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide senior leadership and oversight for advisory engagements, ensuring high-quality client service and professional standards.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, fostering long-term relationships and supporting their business objectives.
- Contribute to business development efforts, including identifying opportunities, supporting proposals, and expanding client relationships.
- Collaborate with leaders across Advisory, Tax, Audit, and other service lines to deliver integrated client solutions.
- Support firm initiatives related to growth, innovation, talent development, and operational excellence.
- Mentor and develop professionals, reinforcing a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Represent the firm in internal and external forums, as appropriate.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Partner, Managing Director, or equivalent senior leadership role in a professional services environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and contribute to business development.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience working with middle-market clients and CFOs.
- Alignment with the firm's values, culture, and commitment to client service.
