    The Global Senior Channel Marketing Manager drives growth and strategy through our multi-tiered channel approach.

    This role works closely with NA and EMEA channel management teams, field sales, Commercial Directors, Business Unit Global Marketing, and other channel partners to identify and implement high impact campaigns and field based initiatives to drive revenue through the channels.

    A Day in the Life

    Develop and maintain channel partner relationships drive revenue by building business plans that identify key areas of potential growth.
    Evaluate and improve existing channel marketing strategies to deliver both short-term and long-term growth.
    Collaborate with other functional areas to present ideas, gain support, and assistance in execution of channel marketing plans
    Conduct robust monthly and quarterly business reviews with key business partners to assess growth targets or variances to plan and ensure BU and Commercial leadership business needs are addressed
    Ensure channel plans are aligned with the LPG's global go-to-market strategy and communicate in a timely manner with channel to optimize marketing, prioritization, and performance plans
    Watch market dynamics/trends and understand key competitors' behaviors
    Keys to Success

    Education

    Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Business or related industry required; MBA preferred
    Experience
    10+ years industry-relevant sales or marketing experience in a matrixed, global environment
    5+ years' in channel/distribution sales
    Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

    Strong analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions and observations from market trends and data analysis
    Ability to plan, gain consensus and implement a project to completion and success
    Consistently operates independently, with initiative and good business judgment and demeanor
    Robust ability to build compelling PowerPoint decks to support the Channel Management team and channel partners.
    Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
