    Works with families and community based systems to provide in-home services including crisis assessment, treatment planning, case management and intensive family based services.

    Actively contribute as a team member with on-call crisis response shifts to provide assessment, maintain a caseload for linking clients to long-term services, and maintain a caseload of clients for individual therapy.

    On call-shifts run on a 24/7 basis, and include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

    Bachelors Degree from an accredited College or University in Social Work, Psychology, or closely related discipline minimum of a high school diploma or GED and 5 years supervised clinical experience in mental health or human services
    Masters Degree from an accredited College or University in Social Work, Psychology, or closely related discipline preferred
    Bilingual preferred
    One to two years experience working with children and adolescents.
    Computer skills required.
