    The Sales Incentive Process Manager & Data Architect for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics will own all aspects of Incentive Compensation data accessibility & reporting in support of Beckman Coulter's North America Commercial Sales Teams. There is a heavy focus on maintaining an Incentive System, including data intake and writing various credit & commission rules.

    This position is a key member of the Commercial Operations team for the North America Commercial organization and will be fully remote. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

    In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

    • Participate in full end-to-end incentive compensation process with a focus on: goal setting, reporting, and data integrity/accuracy but also including: IC plan design, administration, communication, awards/contests, and IC governance.
    • Report designing- creating and maintaining various performance reports that measure the health of the IC plan.
    • Managing the data process end to end. This role is the data subject matter expert for everything housed in the incent system.
    • Deliver thought leadership and subject matter expertise to stakeholders by instilling best practices in all areas of incentive compensation in alignment with company objectives, brand strategies and sales force efforts.
    • Develop strategic partnerships with Sales leadership and cross-functional partners to ensure company objectives and brand strategies are supported and achieved through incentive compensation program.
    • Work closely with Finance team to ensure alignment between national performance and sub-national IC performance. Understand drivers, assumptions, risks and opportunities with forecast.
    • Continuously monitor IC performance and perform IC health checks to identify areas of opportunity for improvements.
    • Benchmark and compare Beckman Coulter with direct competitors on IC plan design, goal setting, administration, reporting, communication, awards/contests and governance.

    The essential requirements of the job include:

    • 10+ years of sales operations experience, preferably in the diagnostics industry AND 10+ years of analytics experience, preferably in the diagnostics industry
    • Demonstrated ability to structure and conduct analyses to generate insight and recommendations. Must be able to present complex information in an accurate and persuasive manner to all levels of management.
    • Ability to write Credit and Commission rules, preferred experience with Xactly Incent.
    • Experience with Quota setting in a sales environment.
    • Strong data management capabilities including data integration and interdependencies across sources.
    • A firm grasp of complex modeling techniques related to various types of high-level analysis (e.g., forecasting, business analytics, sales incentive modeling, etc.) is required. Must be able to model out anticipated plan spend during the plan design cycle.
    • Extensive System Testing using the DEV and UAT environments
    • Advanced knowledge of reporting and data analytics tools like Excel, SAS, Power BI, SQL, QlikView, Spotfire, Tableau, Business objects

    It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

    • Experience managing incentive software systems, Xactly preferred.
    • Experience managing projects and vendors
    • Experience with Oracle/DB mgmt.
