    As part of their expansion efforts, they are seeking a talented Mid-level Recruiter to join their remote team and drive our recruitment initiatives to new heights.


    Role Description:


    As a Mid-level Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting top talent to our organization by sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates.

    Your responsibilities will include collaborating with hiring managers to understand our staffing needs, crafting job descriptions, and implementing effective recruitment strategies.

    You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and our hiring teams.

    Your role will have a direct impact on our ability to build a talented and diverse workforce that drives our company's success.


    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in fullcycle recruitment, ideally within the tech industry.
    • Strong sourcing skills and proficiency in utilizing various recruitment channels.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and our hiring managers.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask effectively, and meet tight deadlines in a fastpaced environment.

    What You Will Bring:

    • 1+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and hiring top talent.
    • Demonstrated success in filling technical and nontechnical roles within a fastpaced organization.
    • Proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools to streamline processes.
    • Strong negotiation and influencing skills to secure top talent for our organization.
    • Proactive and resultsoriented mindset with a passion for identifying and engaging top candidates.
