- Oversee the development and establishment of configuration and data management standards, strategies, processes, and tools in connection with product support
- Define and supervise configuration and data management tasks, prerequisites, documentation, models, and outcomes for product support
- Collaborate with AvionX engineering team to ensure a seamless shift from design/production to support operations
- Continuously evaluate and appraise existing configuration management procedures (baseline, release, change, and configuration control) for enhancements and effectiveness. Revise, scrutinize, and create new documents as needed
- Attend and/or administer Engineering Decisions Boards and the Change Control Boards for the product line, Program Management assessments, and other functional gatherings, uphold agenda, minutes, and authorization artifacts
- Aid in crafting and executing Product Support/Sustainment program blueprints with restricted scope comprising impacts, challenges, and integration of past experiences concerning configuration management
- Introduce training resources for Product Support to be embraced by AvionX staff worldwide
- Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry from a recognized institution
- Extensive experience of 7+ years in configuration management methodologies and procedures
- 5+ years of hands-on involvement in engineering baseline, release, and configuration control enforcement and methodologies
- 5+ years of exposure to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Configuration Management systems, Change Management, and PLM Practices and Tools
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
