    Host



    Role Overview: The Host's primary responsibility is to warmly greet customers upon their arrival at the restaurant. You need to have a friendly and lively demeanor to welcome and seat guests, making sure all their requirements are met. As a Host, you control the seating arrangement to avoid servers being overwhelmed, thus ensuring every guest receives exceptional service. Additionally, you should stay informed about new menu items and specials to answer any menu-related queries. The Host may also handle To Go Orders. After guests finish their meal, the Host checks in to ensure they had a pleasant experience and encourages them to visit again. It is important to maintain a pleasant Front of House ambiance by overseeing lighting, music volume, and overall cleanliness for a positive first impression.
