    We are seeking a *Senior Living Counselor* who will sell the vision for the campus to be built and future Independent Living residences.

    *Key Responsibilities:

    • Cultivate relationships and build rapport with potential residents, to include proficiency in telephone contact and follow up, lead management, and closing skills
    • Build excitement for a future community
    • Provide excellent hospitality and customer service standards
    • Maintain detailed electronic records
    • Achieve and sustain the quality and quantity of leads and referrals
    *Qualifications:
    Must be able to work a flexible schedule and be willing to work weekends and evenings as required.

    *Minimum Education Required:
    Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or English Bachelor Degree, or equivalent experience.

    *Experience:Proven sales experience. Three (3) years or more consumer sales experience in a senior living setting preferred. Familiarity with CRM lead management database preferred.

    Experience:
    Consumer Sales: 3 years (Preferred)

    Senior Living Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
