Join Our Team as an Area Supervisor at T.R.A.C!

T.R.A.C. Therapy Research Autism Center is looking for a motivated area supervisor to join our team and support clients in Bakersfield and surrounding areas, including families with military backgrounds. Collaboration and teamwork are key as we help individuals overcome challenges related to their diagnoses together.

• BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• LARA License.
• Certification to supervise BCBA exam candidates.
• Passion for clients' personal and professional growth.
• Ability to train and mentor technicians effectively.
• Prepare technicians to conduct sessions based on medical authorizations.
• Respect HIPAA guidelines and create assessments tailored to clients' needs.
• Collaborate with team members and demonstrate commitment to success.
• Provide one-on-one support to technicians.

QBHPs: Must have a Master's Degree in ABA.

BCaBA: Requires LARA License and BCaBA certification from the BACB.

• Create outcome-oriented programs for each authorized hour.
• Collaborate with team members to support clients and their families.
• Submit assessments for review before finalizing.
• Conduct objective assessments to help clients overcome challenges.
• Provide guidance to families and technicians for goal achievement.
• Demonstrate proficiency in assessment methods and program development.
• Knowledge of assessment tools such as AFLS, VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS-R.
