    JOB SUMMARY

    A manager follows direction of senior management and ensures that team function/department is staffed properly, employees have the training and tools they need, OKRs are met, and the department is managed to perform within approved budgets. The manager is a tactical leader for day-to-day interaction and decision-making for the team and/or function. Provides estimates supporting needs, schedules, and assigns work to meet service targets.

    The Manager - Implementations position is responsible for overseeing the teams responsible for all conversion, training, and/or support activities for the CSI line of products.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Supervisory & Management Responsibilities

    • Responsible for a team of employees within the department
    • Hires, trains, evaluates performance of team
    • Communicates policy and strategy to department employees
    • Schedules employee tasks, following budgets
    • Continual improvement and problem solving
    • Upholds all policies and procedures, company culture and values

    Budget Responsibilities

    • Managing to budget set by senior management

    Additional Functional Responsibilities

    • Ensures projects are on schedule for a successful implementation by meeting regularly with each team member to review assigned projects; and gains an overview of each project to ensure the project is on the appropriate timeline, customer is prepared for the conversion, and the data is accurately converted.
    • May schedule and assign projects by adding all projects to our implementations calendar and create individual detailed timelines for each project based on a template; adjusting the template as projects or process need to change; and working with internal teams as needed to determine availability for a customer that is looking at converting to new CSI products.
    • Performs administrative tasks by handling conversations with management and other internal teams on various topics and handling external conversations with third parties and banks on various topics.

    PRIMARY RESULTS ACCOUNTABLE FOR ACHIEVING

    • Customers are well prepared for a successful conversion.
    • Projects are scheduled and assigned well in advance for the timeline needed for a successful project.
    • Everyone stays informed and there is open communication.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    Education & Certifications:

    Experience or equivalent to a 4-year college degree

    Experience:

    Minimum six to eight years.

    Two to five years relevant banking experience, required.

    Prior team management experience, preferred.

    Operational banking experience (deposits, loans, accounting), preferred.

    NuPoint experience, preferred.

    Background in business administration or project management, preferred.

    Physical Demands:

    Regularly required to sit, talk, hear, and use hands to finger, handle or feel. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift or move up to 10 pounds. This position requires close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less) and the basic need to look at a computer screen 8 hours a day.
