- Coordinate and manage construction projects from start to finish.
- Review project plans, specifications, and schematics.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Conduct site visits to inspect construction work and address any issues or concerns.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
- Assist in the development of project budgets and cost estimates.
- Utilize project management software such as ProCore and Primavera for efficient project tracking.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for each project.
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination or management within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting construction plans.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling software such as Primavera.
- Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members, clients, and contractors.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
